摘要
为实现环境效益与经济效益的最大化,研究了产品生命周期的制造阶段中生命周期评价与生命周期成本的整合与优化问题。在建立制造阶段整合评价模型的基础上,提出了基于工艺约束的工艺方案优化模型,在获得最优工艺方案的同时,也获得了环境属性、经济属性和技术属性的综合效益最优。最后,通过对4135G型柴油发动机的案例研究,验证了预期的效果。
To realize maximization of environmental benefits and economic benefits, the integration and optimization of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and tool Life Cycle Costing (LCC) in manufacturing phase of product life cycle were studied. Based on overall evaluation model in manufacturing phase, an optimization model for process planning based on process constraints was proposed to achieve the optimum process plan, and the triple-wins of economic, environmental and lechnical benefits. Finally, the validity of the proposed method was demonstrated by the case study of 4135G diesel engine.
