摘要
为解决缺陷发生服从非齐次泊松过程和故障停机时间较长的问题,提出应用时间延迟理论对预防维修基本模型进行修正,并对设备预防维修间隔期进行优化决策。阐述了时间延迟概念及其维修理论,建立了复杂系统的基本预防维修模型。在此基础上,考虑到设备的故障停机时间较长、缺陷的发生服从非齐次泊松过程情况下合理的维修间隔期会产生相应变化,分别建立了预防维修修正模型I和修正模型II。通过案例研究,比较了预防维修基本模型与修正模型关于确定合理维修间隔期的不同结果。研究表明,修正模型计算出的维修间隔期具有更高的精度。
To deal with problems of how to use the theory of delay time to revise the basic Preventive Maintenance (PM) model and to optimize PM interval of equipment in the case of the Non-Homogeneous Poisson Process (NHPP) of defect arrivals and non-negligible failure downtime. Firstly, the concept of delay time and its maintenance theory were introduced. Then, a basic PM model for complex system was established. Secondly, amendatory model I and model II were established, which was based on the case that failure downtime was short compared to inspection cycle, and the case of NHPP of defect arrivals. Finally, a case study was provided to compare the differences of inspection cycle in basic PM model and the revised PM models. The revised downtime model was a more precise model with which to determine the optimal inspection interval.
