摘要
设计了正弦波、矩形波和锯齿波发生电路,并在OrCAD/PSpice环境中完成仿真分析。给出文氏桥正弦波振荡电路、555时基电路组成的矩形波振荡电路和运算放大器组成的锯齿波发生电路三种信号产生电路的振荡波形,测量振荡周期和振荡频率,并与理论值做出比较。结果表明,设计的信号产生电路波形好,振荡频率稳定,易于实现,可广泛应用于工程设计领域。
The paper designs three types of signal generator of sine wave, rectangular wave,and saw tooth wave and simulates and analyses it in the OrCAD/PSpice. It gets three oscillator waves of Wen's bridge sine wave oscillating circuit, rectangle wave oscillating circuit adopting 555 timer and saw tooth wave oscillating circuit using integrated calculating amplifier and measures oscillating period and oscillation frequency which are compared with theoretical values. The results show that three signal generators have advantages of good wave, stabilized oscillation and can be accomplished easily. It can be applied to engineering design widely.
