摘要
介绍了氮中微量氧标准气体在研究过程中稀释气体高纯氮中氧分析不确定度的评价依据,给出了评价过程和结果。讨论了氧气体标准物质在有效期内变化不确定度的计算方法,对氧气体标准物质定值不确定度进行了评价。
The high purity nitrogen was inert diluents gas during preparing the micro-oxygen in nitrogen calibration gases, as a result the content of oxygen in nitrogen was important technical target. We have done large numbers of experiments in order to.obtain exact data. In this paper the basis, process and result were introduced of evaluating the analysis uncertainty. We have discussed the design procedure of the change uncertainty of the micro-oxygen in Nitrogen calibration gases which was remain in force, in addition We have evaluated definiting value uncertainty of the calibration gases.

李春瑛,女,中国计量科学研究院生物、能源、环境研究所高级工程师。现从事气体相关领域前沿课题的基础研究、相关领域分析方法的建立、国际计量委员会(CIPM)/物质量咨询委员会(CCQM)组织的国际关键比对与研究比对;国家级气体标准物质的研究以及计量法规的制定工作。承担的科研项目多次获得部、院所级科技成果奖。所获得的研究成果中27项被国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准为国家一级标准物质,3项研究成果被批准为国家二级标准物质;近10年间,以第一完成人在国内外期刊上正式发表研究论文53篇。
