摘要
邓小平从社会主义初级阶段的基本国情出发,从哲学的高度分析中国的"三农"问题,指出解决"三农"问题就是要解决农民如何致富、农村如何稳定、农业如何发展的问题,体现了马克思主义的世界观和方法论、实践观及辩证法的精神。具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。
Deng Xiaoping, basing on the primary stage of socialism, analyzed the Chinese ＂Three F-Issue＂ （ the issue of farming, farmer and farming areas） from the philosophical perspective. He pointed out that the resolution of the ＂Three F-issue＂ should rely on the farmers＇ enrichment, the farming areas＇ stability, and the farming development. Deng＇ s perspective embodied the Marxism world outlook, methodology, practice view, and dialectics, which bear theoretical and practical significance.
