摘要
本文以甘肃省为例概况了民族地区信息化现状以及存在的问题。指出了信息化建设中信息资源开发利用的重要性,针对民族地区的特点,从电子政务建设、农业信息资源、旅游信息资源、教育信息资源以及民族文献信息源等方面论述了信息资源开发利用的战略方案。文末提出了信息资源开发利用的保障措施。
In this paper, present situation and problems of informatization in ethnic minority regions of Gansu province were introduced. The importance of exploitation and utilization of information resource for informatization were pointed out. Then, based on speciality of the ethnic minority regions, e- administration information, agriculture infor- marion, tourism information and education information strategy for exploitation and utilization of information resource were discussed. At last, this paper proposed tire safeguard mesasure for exploitation and utilization of information resource.
