基于MATLAB的SMT产品焊点故障诊断模糊系统

摘要 焊点可靠性与焊点形态直接相关,通过对SMT焊点几何形态的分析,可以判别焊点的缺陷。基于焊点形态理论及模糊推理理论,利用MATLAB提供的模糊逻辑工具箱,借助图形用户界面(GUI),建立了SMT产品焊点故障诊断的模糊系统,对高可靠性的SMT焊点形态设计和提高SMT工艺设计水平都有普遍意义。 Solder joint reliability which directly related to the shape of solder joint is vital to the SMT product. Through the study of the graphic shape of SMT solder joint, we can judge the defect of solder joint. Based on solder joint shape theory and fuzzy inference, fuzzy System for fault diagnosis of solder joints quality in SMT is established by using MATLAB fuzzy toolbox and GUI, The results are of general importance and can be used to improve the solder joint shape design level and the manufacturing process in SMT.
