摘要
目的探讨抑郁症患者全血中8种微量元素的含量分析。方法采用山东齐力医疗器械有限公司生产的QL800微量元素分析仪(极普法)分别测定抑郁症患者(研究组)和健康正常对照组全血中Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cd、Pb元素的含量。结果抑郁症组全血中Cu、Fe、Cd元素含量明显高于正常对照组,经统计学处理差异具有显著性意义(P〈0.05),而研究组全血中Zn、Mg、Mn元素及Zn/Cu比值均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P〈0.01~0.05),而其余两种元素Ca、Pb的测定结果对照组比较差异亦无显著性意义(P〉0.05)。结论提示全血中以上8种微量元素代谢异常可能是抑郁症发病的原因之一。
Objective In discussing depression patient entire blood, 8 kinds microelements contents analyse. Methods The QL800 microelement adopt Shandong to give birth to a child along force medical apparatus and instruments Ltd. analyses the instrument the difference (popularizing law extremely) determines the depression patient (study a group) with healthy regular collation forms entire blood middle Zn, Fe, Cu, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cd, Pb element contents. Results Cu, Fe, Cd element contents overtop the regular collation group obviously in entire blood of depression group, handling difference after statistics having notable significance(P〈0.05), studies Zn, Mg, Mn element and Zn/Cu ratio are lower than the collation group without exception obviously in entire blood of group but, difference has notable significance (P〈0.01-0.05), but the others two kinds element Ca, parallel difference of the Pb admeasurement result collation group also have no notable significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion The possibility pointing out that all above 8 kinds microelements metabolize in entire blood is abnormal is depression one of the cause coming on.
