摘要
利用从日本引进的斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(S1NPV)研究了对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的致病性。结果表明,随着龄期增加,致病性减弱,LC50值升高。在15~30℃范围内,饲育温度越高,致病性越强,LC50最低。
The pathogenicity of Spodoptera litura nuclear polyhedrosis virus (SINPV) from Japan to the Spodoptera litura was investigated to determine the lethal concentration. The susceptibihty of larvae decreased and the median lethal concentration (LCso) increased as the larval instar increased. The susceptibility of larvae increased and the median lethal concentration (LC50) decreased as the cultural temperature increased between 15℃ and 30℃.
