系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞人类白细胞抗原DR的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞人类白细胞抗原(HLA)DR表达的变化。方法57例SLE患者,其中稳定期患者18例,活动期患者39例(中度活动组28例,重度活动组11例);另选正常对照组23例。应用双色荧光抗体标记流式细胞术检测SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞HLA-DR表达的阳性百分率及荧光强度。结果①与正常对照组比较,稳定期和活动期SLE组外周血淋巴细胞HLA-DR表达的阳性率和荧光强度均显著升高(P<0.001),而单核细胞HLA-DR表达的阳性率和荧光强度均显著降低(P<0.001);②活动期SLE组与稳定期SLE组比较,淋巴细胞HLA-DR阳性百分率和荧光强度均显著升高(P<0.001),而单核细胞HLA-DR的阳性百分率和荧光强度均显著降低(P<0.001);③活动期SLE重度组与中度组比较,淋巴细胞HLA-DR阳性百分率和荧光强度均显著升高(P<0.001),单核细胞HLA-DR的阳性百分率和荧光强度均显著降低(P<0.001)。结论淋巴细胞HLA-DR表达的增高和单核细胞HLA-DR表达的降低与SLE的发病和发展有着非常密切的关系。
