摘要
研究了含十六碳链和十四碳链Gemini表面活性剂微乳酸的制备及其性能。通过考察助表面活性剂用量和增溶酸量,得到微乳酸所用乳化剂的最优化配比为Gem in∶iAEO9∶AS1∶AS2=7∶10.5∶5∶12.5。研究了微乳酸的相行为,并对微乳酸的稳定性、缓释效果及耐盐能力做了测试,初步考察了碳链长度对微乳酸形成及性能的影响。
The microemulsified acid,consisting of Gemini-type surfactant ( Gemini-16 and Gemini -14),nonionic -surfactant, hydrochloride acid, dieseloil and cosurfactants was prepared and optimized. The phase behavior of the diesel microemulsified acid was investigated by the determination of the pseudo-ternary phase diagrams. The thermal stability, corrosion inhibition performance and capability of calcium ions -tolerance of the system were analyzed. The experimental results indicated that the diesel microemulsified acid system had a good thermal stability and its CaCl2-tolerance could reach 130 000 mg/L. Compared with the hydrochloric acid solution, the diesel microemulsified acid system with the same concentration of hydrochloric acid showed better corrosion inhibition performance.
