摘要
阐述了大型汽车起重机的发展趋势,指出了开发基于CAN总线的大型起重机智能控制系统具有重大意义。介绍了系统主要控制对象,提出了一套完备的自适应的智能控制系统。针对CAN总线技术应用中普遍存在的问题:由于单条总线太长引起的系统不稳定和总线容易冲突,提出了一种改良的CAN网络拓扑结构,其采用总线分段,双CAN总线协议结构。通过该汽车起重机在现场试运行时表现的卓越品质,验证了此智能控制系统的优越性。
Development trends of large truck cranes are expounded, indicating that developing of CAN based large crane intelligent control system is of great significance. Considering the main control objects, a complete self - adaptive control system is developed. Such problems as system instability due to a too long bus system and bus conflict often occurs in application of CAN technology. An improved CAN topology structure is introduced, which features sectioned bus system and dual - CAN - protocol. Trial run of the truck crane with the intelligent control system shows that the intelligent system is of excellent performance.
