摘要
目的了解护士标准预防的健康信念和行为依从性现状,探讨护士标准预防的健康信念与行为依从性的关系。方法采用分层随机按比例抽样方法,运用标准预防健康信念问卷、标准预防行为依从性问卷对500名注册护士进行调查。结果健康信念与行为依从性呈正相关,r=0.202,p<0.001;其中感知到疾病的易感性与严重性和行为依从性呈负相关,r分别为-0.126、-0.152,p<0.01;感知到愈少的行动障碍和更多的行动线索与行为依从性呈正相关,r分别为0.420、0.269,p<0.001。结论护士健康信念与行为依从性呈正相关,可以从提高护士健康信念着手,来提高护士标准预防行为的依从性。
Objective：To investigate the correlation between health belief model and compliance to standard precaution in registered nurses. Methods：It was a cross-sectional study with samples of 500 registered nurses. Two instruments were used to collect information of subjects＇ health belief about Standard Precaution and compliance to Standard Precaution.Results：There is a significantly positive correlation between health beliefs and compliance in registered nurses.（r=0.202,p=0.000）;the perception of risk andseverity to nosocomial infections has a significantly negative correlation with compliance （r=0.126 and -0.152,p=0.008 and 0.001）,the perception of barriers and berefiets to adoption standard preaution has significantly positive correlation with compliance （r=0.420 and 0.269,all p=0.000）.Conclusion：There is a significantly positive correlation between health belief and compliance in registered nurses.Relevant authorities and hospital infection control department should strengthen nurses＇ health bealief about Standard Precaution to improve the nurse＇s Standard Precaution compliance.
