摘要
为解决畜牧业废水污染环境和滥用药物影响肉质的问题,对使用天然添加剂干式养殖的生态养猪模式,进行了试验。结果表明,铺垫木屑、不用冲水的栏舍养殖条件下,猪只卫生大大改善,栏舍氨气浓度最多减少40%,每栏猪的纯效益提高了106元;使用微生物和中草药饲料添加剂代替常规的生猪饲料添加剂,能够调节生猪体内的生物环境,促进对饲料氮素营养的吸收转化,同时改善猪肉嫩度。
Aimed to resolve the problems of the liquid waste polluting environment and abusing medicine deteriorating the pork＇s quality in the livestock industry, one type of clean and healthy pig breeding model was designed and experimented. In the dry-breeding condition, using the saw dust as cushion instead of washing the floor, the sanitation of pigs was improved , the releasing of NH3 was decreased 40%, and further the benefit of 12 pigs breeding was increased 106 yuan（RMB） ; using the microbial or Chinese herb additive instead of the antibiosis applied in feed, the inner biological condition of pigs was impoved and the absorbing of nitrogen from the feed was stimulated ,then the tenderness of pork was improved .
