摘要
目的探讨ICU患者肠内营养使用过程中发生腹泻并发症的相关因素及护理措施。方法调查111例ICU接受肠内营养的患者使用肠内营养的种类、量、速度以及患者的肝功能(转氨酶)、低蛋白血症、糖尿病腹泻的情况,将调查数据进行统计学分析,找出相关因素,提出护理干预措施。结果使用肠内营养的量越大、速度越快,腹泻并发症的发生率越高。低蛋白血症、糖尿病患者使用肠内营养的过程中腹泻的发生率也高。结论调节速度,控制温度,早期喂养,逐步加量,配制过程中严格执行无菌操作可降低肠内营养患者腹泻的发生率。
Objective To study related factors and nursing measures against diarrhea caused by enteral nutrition on ICU patients. Methods To investigate categories, quantities and speed of being using enteral nutrition fluids and the condition of live ruction (ALT), hypoalbuminemia, diabetes mellitus and diarrhea of 111 cases underwent enteral nutrition supont patients on ICU. Results Significant positive correlation were observed among diarrhea and quantity of enteral nutrition and dripping speed of that. On the other hand, there were high incidence in hypoalbuminemia and diabetic patients who were u- sing enteral nutrition. Conclusion Appropriate nursing intervention including regulating speed, controlling temperature, feeding in early stage, increasing quantity gradually and carrying out Sterile operation strictly could reduce incidence rate of diarrhea caused by enteral nutrition.
