摘要
目的:观察多瑞吉贴剂治疗癌症晚期患者疼痛的疗效。方法:将收治的76例中、重度疼痛的晚期癌症患者随机分成治疗组(多瑞吉贴剂治疗组,38例)和对照组(其他止痛药物治疗组,38例),观察治疗前后疼痛的程度及药物副反应。结果:多瑞吉敷贴止痛治疗组止痛效果较好。治疗组:完全缓解7例(18.4%),明显缓解23例(60.5%),中度缓解3例(7.9%),轻度缓解3例(7.9%),未缓解2例(5.3%);对照组:完全缓解0例(0%),明显缓解8例(21.1%),中度缓解6例(10.5%),轻度缓解17例(44.7%),未缓解7例(18.4%)。结论:多瑞吉贴剂治疗中、重度癌痛效果好,不良反应轻,应用方便。
Objective：To observe the effect and side effects of durogesic in the treatment of advanced cancer pain. Methods：A total of 76 patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group（38 patients received durogesic）and control group（others received other drug）,and observe the pain intensity before and after treatment and side effects. Results：The effect of pain treated with durogesic was better. Treatment group： complete remission 7 cases（18.4%）, obviously remission 23 cases（60.5%）,midrange remission 3 cases（7.9%）,lightly remission 3 cases（7.9%）,non-remission 2 cases（5.3%）; control group： complete remission 0 cases（0%）,obviously remission 8 cases（21.1%）,midrange remission 6 cases（10.5%）,lightly remission 17 cases（44.7%）,non-remission 7 cases（18.4%）. Conclusion：The durogesic is proved to be good,slight side effect,convenient in the control of cancer pain.
