摘要
工会女工工作是工会组织工作的重要内容之一,女工工作运行机制中基本原则的遵守,工作实践维权机制的创新,是工会落实"以人为本"特别是以女工群众为本的必然要求。
The work OF women workers plays an important role in the daily work of the Trade Union. The innovations of basic principle, work experience and system of protecting right in the working system are the necessary requiments for fulfilling ths ＂putting people frist＂especially among the women workers.
