摘要 CAN总线是一种有效支持分布式控制和实时控制的串行通讯总线,能很好地满足煤矿监控系统高实时性和单次通信量少的要求。针对当前国内煤矿监控系统的不足的状况,设计了基于CAN总线技术的煤矿远程监控系统,并对其总体方案设计、智能节点和通讯接口做了详细阐述。实际运行证明该系统具有良好的可靠性和抗干扰性,能更好地监控井下煤矿生产的运行状态,从而为我国煤炭行业的安全生产提供一个好的解决方案。 CAN bus is one kind of serial communication bus which support distributed control and real-time control effectively. It can be satisfied with the demand of high real-time character and little communication of safety monitoring and control system in coal mine. According to the defect of the existing safety monitoring system in mines,a new fabric scheme based on CAN bus is designed. And the network structure of the system , intelligent node,and the design of communication interface is expatiated in detail. The results of experiment show the system possesses good reliability and anti-jamming and it also can monitor the working status of mine production, so that it can provide a good solution for safety production of coal industry.
