摘要
采用室内土壤培养实验,考察了3,5-二甲基吡唑(3,5-DMP)、3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐(3,4-DMPP)、双氰胺(DCD)、3,5-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐(3,5-DMPP)的硝化抑制作用,结果表明,在相同质量用量下,其硝化抑制作用由强到弱的顺序为3,4-DMPP>3,5-DMP>DCD>3,5-DMPP,其中3,5-DMPP的硝化抑制作用与其它抑制剂相比差异较大,可认为其硝化抑制作用较弱;因此吡唑类化合物的硝化抑制作用与其分子中含有的吡唑基团及基团数量的多少没有直接定量关系,而是与其化合物分子的物化性质有关。
This study was designed to compare the efficiency of four different compounds, namely 3, 5 - dimethylpyrazole (3, 5 -DMP), 3, 4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate (3, 4- DMPP), dicyandiamide (DCD), and 3, 5- dimethylpyrazole phosphate (3, 5 - DMPP) for soil nitrification in laboratory incubation experiment. The results indicated that when the dosage was 1.0% of applied N, 3, 5 - DMP and 3, 4- DMPP could significantly decrease soil NO3 - - N concentration, but 3, 5 - DMPP showed a lower efficiency when its dosage was the same with others. This study demonstrated that the pyrazole group was not the major contributor to nitrification inhibition, and the effects of pyraznles compounds mainly determined by their chemical property.
