Current State and Progress of ESD Simulator Calibration Study

摘要 介绍了静电放电模拟器校验系统的组成及原理。在综述国内外静电放电模拟器校验研究现状的基础上,指出该研究领域当前需要进一步研究的问题和发展方向。研究结论表明,需要对现行静电放电抗扰度试验标准(IEC 61000-4-2)进行完善,并提出了改进建议;选用在较大频率范围上具有平坦频率响应的电流靶等校验设备;全面分析校验测试的误差来源及影响;改进校验程序和方法。 Electrostatic discharge (ESD) simulator calibration system and its principle were introduced. Research statuses of ESD simulator calibration were overviewed. Problems need to be further studied and trends of research area were put forward. The results showed that it needs to improve the electrostatic discharge immunity test standard(IEC 61000-4-2), and suggestions were given; Target which has flat frequency response over a wide frequency range should be chosen; the influence of all aspects influencing calibration results should be considered; and it needs to improve the procedure and method of ESD simulator calibration.
