控制好大型水泥磨和大型原的轴瓦温度对磨机的安全稳定运行非常重要。山东·德州中联大坝水泥有限公司,覫4m×13m水泥磨采用了增加稀油站冷却面积(即串接到管式冷却器)措施,使磨尾主轴瓦主产减速机轴瓦温度控制在60℃(夏天)以内。对覫46m×(3+10)m烘干中卸原,其磨头滑履轴瓦采用风冷措施;主减速面轴瓦则采用水冷稀油站方式控制,均取得了满意的控制效果。
