摘要
针对现有常规光杆密封装置存在盘根密封效果不好、盘根安装和拆卸不方便、更换盘根必须停井、不能实现调偏斜和防喷等问题,研制了一种采用普通传动V带作密封盘根的新型有杆抽油井口光杆密封装置。该密封装置从上而下依次由盘根盒、密封盒、防喷机构、角度调偏斜机构4部分组成。其特点是盘根来源广、成本低、密封性能好,密封盘根装拆方便,防喷机构简单可靠,可实现抽油机不停产加盘根作业,还具有角度调偏斜和防喷功能。现场试验表明,该密封装置设计合理,操作简便,使用寿命长,工艺技术成熟可靠,具有良好的推广应用前景。
In consideration of such disadvantages as poor stuffing sealing effect,inconvenient stuffing installation and dismantling,having to shut down the well for replacing stuffing and being unable to adjust bias and prevent blowout regarding the common polished rod sealing device,a new polished rod sealing device with common drive-V belt as sealing stuffing is developed.The new sealing device consists of stuffing box,sealing box,blowout prevention mechanism and angle bias-adjusting mechanism from upwards to downwards.It is characterized by wide source of stuffing,low cost,good sealing performance,convenient installation and dismantling of stuffing,simple and reliable blowout prevention mechanism,being able to add stuffing without well shutdown and having the ability of angle bias-adjusting and blowout prevention.The field test indicates that the new sealing device features simple structure,good sealing effect,reliable performance,convenient operation and good application prospect.
