摘要
以江苏省为例,通过灰色关联分析发现人力资源对休闲产业发展影响最大,通过投入产出分析发现休闲产业发展对人力资源依赖程度较大。为了促进江苏休闲产业健康持续发展,作者还提出了系统整合江苏省休闲产业人力资源的对策建议。
Taking Jiangsu province as an example, the author of this article discover, through grey incidence analysis, that human resource has exerted the greatest influence on development of leisure industry, and that leisure industry has more dependence on human resources though input-- output analysis. To health-- continuously promote development of leisure industry in Jiangsu Province, the author also proposes some advices about how to restructure the system of leisure industry human resources of Jiangsu province comprehensively.
