摘要
介绍一种高可靠性分布式多电机控制系统设计。采用CAN网络作为现场网络。设计了CAN网关以解决高、低速CAN网络节点数据通信实时性矛盾,并在不牺牲可靠性的前提下扩展现场伺服节点数量。利用工控机实现了现场多电机控制网络与以太网的连接。完成了基于CAN卡和LabVIEW 8.2的上位机虚拟仪器系统开发,实现了电机控制PID参数的实时调节及控制效果的图形化显示与评估。应用结果表明,该分布式多电机控制系统运行稳定可靠,实时性好,具有一定的实用和推广价值。
A more reliable long-distance distributed measurement and control system is introduced. CAN is designed to be field con- trol net. The conflict of real-time data communication is avoided by CAN gateway between high speed and low speed CAN. Because of CAN gateway, lots of field-servo nodes are added to CAN, and it does not reduce the reliability of system. Field control net is linked to Ethernet by IPC. The visual instrument system is built by CAN card and LabVIEW8.2. It can adjust PID parameter of con- trol nodes online, and show the results and estimation, digitally and graphically. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
