摘要
曙三区是曙光油田稀油主力区块之一,油井出砂是制约曙三区采油速度和开发效果的主要因素,因此开展曙三区防砂工艺研究具有十分重要的意义。根据曙三区油藏地质特征和出砂状况,确定在该区块应用深部防砂工艺治理油井出砂。通过室内实验,对深部防砂工艺应用的树脂砂进行了筛选,携砂液进行了评价,在38℃树脂砂固化后具有较高的抗压强度和渗透率,携砂液具有良好的流变性能,易返排,均可满足现场的需要;同时对现场施工工艺进行了改进。在此基础上,进行23口井的现场试验,取得了较好的效果,有效解决了曙三区油井的出砂问题。
Shu3 area is one of the principle light oil blocks in Shuguang oilfield. Sand production is the major reason restricting recovery rate and development response, therefore, sand control study is very important. According to Shu3 reservoir geology and sanding status, we decide to treat oil well sand production by deep sand control process. Resin-sand is selected and carrying fluid is evaluated through laboratory experiments. After solidification by 38℃ resin-sand, the compressive resistance and permeability are improved, the carrying fluid has good rheologic behavior and flows back easily. Furthermore, field operation process has been improved. Field tests are carried out in 23 wells, and have achieved good results. Sand production problem in Shu3 area has been effectively solved.
