摘要
                
                    介绍了涩北气田高泥质疏松粉细砂岩气藏,在多年的室内基础理论研究和现场防砂先导性试验成果总结的基础上,通过综合采用"解、稳、固、防、增、保"等配套防砂技术和充填工具,形成了以纤维复合和高压一次充填为主的防砂工艺技术。截止2007年12月底,现场防砂工艺已推广应用56口井,防砂后气井不出砂,并且日产气量有了明显的提高,单井日产气量平均增加幅度20%以上,累计增气2.23×108m,平均有效期429d,防砂有效期最长4年以上,满足了粉细砂岩气藏防砂和进一步提高气井单井产量的开发需要。
                
                On the basis of the theoretical researches and practical sand-control experiments, this paper mainly introduces the Sebei unconsolidated fine sandstone gas reservoir with high shale content through comprehensive utilizations of sand stacilization, sand consolidation and sand control technologies and filling tools, HRWP and fibered Frac-Pack techonolgies for sand-control have been formed. By the end of December, 2007, 56 wells had been conducted with this technology. After sand-control operations, the gas wells were without any sand production, but with gas production of 2.23×108m3, improved by more than 20% on average. The period of validity of sand-control was 429 days and the longest period is more than 4 years, which considerably meets the need of the sand-control of unconsolidated fine sandstone gas reservoir and the improvement of the single well.
