摘要
目的了解日本护士工作满意度的实际状况及其特点。方法采用问卷调查法。护士工作满意度测量尺度采用STAMPS开发的量表。结果(1)日本护士认为工作中的人际关系是影响工作满意度的最重要因素,选择百分比达76%;其次为工资、工作中的自主权和业务内容;而机构政策和职业价值的选择百分比仅分别为26%和22%。(2)日本护士工作满意度的平均得分为(144.4±26.0)分,占最高可能得分的50.1%;护士间相互影响和职业价值的得分均占60%以上;机构政策、工作中的自主权、医护之间的关系及工资得分均小于50%;业务内容得分不及40%。(3)护士满意度与所在科室有关,与年龄无关。结论虽然日本护士对护士同事间的关系和职业价值满意,但总体工作满意程度不高。
Objective To investigate job satisfaction of Japanese nurses. Methods Nurses were surveyed with a widely recognized questionnaire on job satisfaction (STAMPS). Results ( 1 )Japanese nurses thought the most important element influencing their job satisfaction was staff interaction,the selection rate being as high as 76%. This was followed by pay,professional autonomy and nursing task requirements. Institution policy and professional status were considered the least important (26% and 22%, respectively). (2) Scores on job satisfaction were 144.4±26.0,accounting for 50.1% of the possible highest score; scores on professional status and nurse-nurse relationship were both higher than 60%; institution policy, professional autonomy, doctor-nurse relationship and pay were all less than 50%; scores on nursing task requirements were lower than 40%. (3) Job satisfaction was related to the department affiliation and the sense of fitting-in. Conclusion Although Japanese nurses show satisfaction of nurse-nurse relationship and professional status, their general job satisfaction is low.
