摘要
以高被引论文为研究视角,提出师范类自然科学学报选题策划的4条建议:1)依据世界研究热点策划选题;2)依据区位优势资源策划选题;3)依据校内重点项目策划选题;4)依据校内人才团队策划选题。
Based on highly cited papers from the Chinese citation database, four suggestions on topic selection for China＇s normal universities＇ journals are pointed out. The emphases of topic selection should be focused on hot researches of the world, resources with regional advantages, key projects and talent team of themselves universities.
