摘要
江苏地区生产的食用(矿)盐中钙、镁含量极低,用EDTA络合滴定法难以检出其准确含量。如在待测样品中加入氯化镧,抑制其它化学物质的干扰,改用火焰原子吸收法测定食用盐中钙、镁离子含量,可准确测定食盐中的微量钙、镁。本文将对方法的重现性、准确性进行实验,以验证火焰原子吸收法测定食用盐中钙、镁离子的可行性。
The content of calcium and magnesium for adible (rock) salt in Jiangsu area is very low, so it is hard to determine it by EDTA complexometry. Adding lanthanum chloride to the pilot sample, it can inhibit the interference of chemical substances. The result showed that the content of trace calcium and magnesium can be determined accurately by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. By the experiment of reproducibility and accuracy,we can verify the feasibility of the determination of calcium and magnesium by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.
