Inverse solution of springback for design of tool in big sheet metal forming

摘要 在分析理想弹塑性材料弯曲回弹的基础上,提出了一种板料弯曲回弹的计算方法,推导出根据板料强度、厚度和最终成形半径直接计算弯曲半径的逆解公式。这一公式对板料成形中模具修正有一定的借鉴作用。 Base on analysis of re-spring process of ideal elastic-plastic material,a calculating method is proposed for Sheet Metal Bending and Springback. Inverse solution of springback in bending, a formula to calculate the bending radius by material yield stress,thickness and target radius is derived, the formula has an effect for reference for tool modification in sheet metal forming.
