摘要
"工学结合"是职业教育的一种新理念,如何理解其深刻内涵并贯彻到教学实践中,将成为电力高等职业院校研讨的核心内容。按照"工学结合"的培养理念,从构建课程体系、教学内容和教学方法的改革、教材体系、师资队伍建设、实践教学体系和职业素质培养等角度出发,探讨了适合电力职业教育及人才培养的新模式。
Understanding and implementing the content of combining learning with working will become the discussion core for electric power vocational college. In accordance with the training concept of combing learning with working, the new mode to suit the talent training of electric power vocational education is discussed in the light of course constitution, teaching content ＆ method renovation, teaching material system, teaching staff construction, teaching system practice and vocational quality training.
