摘要
回顾近几年来医院奖金分配方案存在的弊端,通过对存在问题的分析和研究,提出了以工作量为基础的医院奖金分配改革办法,为进一步完善奖金分配制度改革提供参考。
Disadvantages of hospital bonus distribution methods in current years were discussed. Based on the issues of bonus distribution, new methods of bonus distribution based no workload was presented. The new methods provided reference for bonus distribution reform.
