摘要
目的评价重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法对106例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组采用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗,分别观察1个疗程治疗结束后1周、3个疗程治疗结束后6个月的临床疗效。结果治疗后1周治疗组的有效率(83.6%)高于对照组(45.1%)(P<0.01);治疗3个疗程后6个月复查时,治疗组的有效率(92.7%)显著高于对照组(51.0%)(P<0.01)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子能明显提高复发性口腔溃疡治疗的有效率及治愈率。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer （RAU） with basic fibroblast growth factor. Metiaods 106 cases of RAU were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group was treated with routne methods while the treatment group was treated with basic fibroblastgrowth factor. The clinical effects at the time of one week after the 1st period of treatment and 6 months after the total effective rate of the treatment group （83.6%） was higher than 3rd period of treatment were observed and analyzed. Results The that of the control group （45.1%） at the time of a week after the 1st period of treatment （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of the treatment group （92.7%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （51.0%） at the lime of 6 months after the 3rd period of treatment （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer with basic fibroblast growth factor can significantly improve the effective ratio and the curative ratio.
