摘要
以淀粉和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为主要原料,采用过硫酸铵-尿素为引发剂,合成了阳离子淀粉接枝共聚物,用红外光谱、核磁共振等对接枝物进行了结构表征.利用X-射线衍射仪观察了接枝共聚产物的微观聚集状态,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了其微观形貌.讨论了影响聚合反应的各种因素,考察了硅藻土悬浮液对产物的絮凝性能.
Cationic modified starch was synthesized with starch and diallyidimethylammonium chloride as raw material by using ammonium persulfate/carbamide initiation system. The factors on the graft copoiymerization were discussed, and the flocculating properties of resultant were investigated using diatomite-containing suspension. Experimented results show that the graft polymer has good water-solubility, higher grafting level, higher cationic degree and excellent flocculation performances. The structure of the copolymer was confirmed by FTIR and NMR. The microscopic shapes were measured with SEM and the aggregative states measured with XRD.
