摘要
我国正处于城市化进程加速阶段，流动人口居住问题突显。论文在总结国外相关实践的基础上，提出城市住房保障制度变迁与依托城市旧城改造等符合我国国情的解决问题的方法。
With the acceleration of our country＇ s urbanization, the dwelling problem of floating people appears, Basing on the foreign practice interrelated , this article tits to bring forward the method according with the situation of our country which involve the variance of urban dwelling safeguard system.
