摘要
采用开滦煤业集团和北京煤炭科学院开采所共同研制的ZF4000-15.5/25型放顶煤支架,对大倾角厚煤层综合机械化放顶煤工艺进行了试验研究。试验结果显示,该型号支架结构紧凑、合理,操作灵活,稳定性好,能够很好的适应大倾角厚煤层综放工作面的实际生产需要,试验工作面取得了较好的经济效益。对该支架在大倾角厚煤层综放工作面使用过程中的稳定性进行了理论分析与试验研究,试验结果对于类似条件工作面的支架选型和使用具有一定的参考价值。
The author used ZF4000-15.5/25 mining support developed by Kailuan Mining Group and Beijing Coal Academy of Science to do the experimental study on comprehensive mechanization mining technique of the large obliquity thick coal seam. The results of the experiment shows that the structure of this model of support is compact, reasonable; the operation is flexible; the stability is good; it can adapt to the actual production needs of the large obliquity thick coal seam mining face; and the experimental work face got better economic benefits. The author analyzed theoretically and did some experimental researches on the stability of this type of support while it was used in large obliquity thick coal seam comprehensively mining work face. The results of the experiments have a certain value for the selection and use of supports of work face under similar conditions.
