摘要
针对球团精矿紧缺问题,为拓宽铁矿粉资源,降低原料成本,进行了球团配加菲律宾精粉、钒钛精粉的试验研究。通过造球性能、焙烧性能及冶金性能的测定,结果表明加入部分菲律宾精粉、钒钛精粉是可行的。
Directed at the serious shortage of raw materials used to produce pellets, and in order to widen resources of iron concentrate powder and decrease cost of raw materials, an experimental research on application of Philippine iron concentrate powder and Vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite concentrate powder in.production of pellets is carried out. The pelleting properties,roasting and metallurgical properties of the iron concentrate's oxidized pellets are determined. The test results showed that addition of a portion of Philippine iron concentrate powder or Vanadiumbearing titanomagnetite concentrate powder is a feasible technological process.
