高密度脂蛋白对严重烫伤大鼠肾功能的保护作用

摘要 高密度脂蛋白(HDL)是一类由多种载脂蛋白、脂质成分、相关酶类等组成的异质性脂蛋白颗粒,主要介导细胞胆固醇逆向转运,直接抑制动脉粥样硬化形成。近期研究表明,HDL还具有抗炎、抗氧化作用,在缺血/再灌注或严重感染引起的脏器损伤中具有保护作用。严重烧伤患者血液中HDL水平显著下降,并与高感染率及住院时间延长等预后相关。笔者拟观察烧伤大鼠不同时间点血清中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF—a)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)的含量及肾功能和肾脏组织病理学变化,以探讨HDL对严重烧伤时肾功能的保护作用。
