摘要
对不同定量芳纶纸的匀度和强度、电气性能进行了规律性探讨,并对匀度分量与各种性能之间的关系进行了具体分析。结果表明,定量的增大有利于提高芳纶纸中细小组分的匀度。定量对芳纶纸性能的影响与匀度分量相关。不同定量的芳纶纸,其抗张强度性能与较大匀度分量5.3~22.7mm相关性较强,相关系数R^2>0.45;而介电损耗性能与较小匀度分量0.6~2.1mm相关,相关系数R^2>0.68。从理论上证明了芳纶纸的强度性能主要由短切纤维来承担,而沉析纤维主要承担芳纶纸的电气性能,耐压强度性能的提高主要依赖于两种纤维的比例。
The relation between formation and grammage of aramid sheets was analyzed. The relation between formation and properties of the aramid paper is strongly influenced by grammage. The effects of formation components on the properties of the sheets with various grammages were discussed in detail. The results showed that the increase of grammage is of benefit to improve the small scales of formation. The theoretical analysis of components of formation demonstrated that the staple fibers mainly contribute to the mechanical strength, while fibrids particles contribute to the the dielectric strength in the aramid paper structure; furthermore, it can be inferred that the improvement of resistance to the full wave impulse mainly depends on the furnish ratios of the two kinds of aramid fibers.
