摘要
目的对蒙药小叶锦鸡儿进行系统的生药学鉴定,为其鉴别及开发利用提供科学依据。方法采用原植物、性状、显微、薄层鉴定方法。结果通过原植物、性状、显微、薄层色谱图研究能够很好地鉴定药材。结论方法简便易操作,可作为蒙药小叶锦鸡儿的定性鉴别方法。
Objective：To identify Caragana microphylla with pharmacognosy methods, and provide the scientific evidence for its identification and application. Methods：The original plant identification, morphological and histological identification, microscopic indentification, thin layer chromatography （TLC） were adopted. Results：The results showed these were good methods for identification of Caragana microphylla. Conclusion：The method is practical, special and reproducible.
