摘要
以槐角为原料,甲醇为溶剂,利用微波辐射、回流、水解提取染料木素。微波辐照法从槐角中提取、纯化制备染料木素的工艺条件。在微波功率28—32W的条件下,槐角粉末(60目),液料比V/W(6∶1),回流提取时间(40min×3),收率2.06%,含量92.5%。微波辐照法提取染料木素,方法简便、快速、高效。
The dye lignin was extracted by microwave exposure method,backflow and hydrolysis with Chinese scholar-tree angle as raw material conditions of dye lignin from Chinese scholar and methyl alcohol as solvent. The optimal extraction tree angle with microwave exposure method and the technological conditions purified dye lignin were investigated. With the condition of 28-32W microwave,Chinese scholar-tree angle powder（60m）,proportion of liquid and raw material V/W（6 ： 1） ,length of backflow（40min × 3） ,the recovery is 2.06% and the content is 92.5%. This method is a simple,fast and highly effective .
