摘要
讨论了3种不同浓度Na标准溶液配制过程中的各种不确定度影响因素,并对此3种钠标准溶液进行了评定。得出了合成不确定度、扩展不确定度及测量结果的置信区间。
Various factors affecting of Na standard solution of three different concentration were discussed. The uncertainty of measurement of the three different concentration were evaluated. The combined uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty and the confidence interval of results were reported.
