摘要
采用半连续化超临界水氧化装置处理HMX炸药废水,在反应釜温度450~590℃,压力23MPa,过氧量3倍废物量条件下研究超临界水氧化HMX。实验结果表明,HMX去除率及COD去除率随温度的升高和停留时间的延长而提高,且只有在较高温度(大于590℃)的超临界条件下,HMX去除率及COD去除率才能达99%以上,而在450~590℃、0~20s条件下,温度和时间对HMX去除率及COD去除率的的影响较显著。在450~590℃、23MPa、过氧量300%的条件下,HMX的反应级数为2.24,反应活化能为5.727×10^4J/mol,准频率因子为2.348×10^5。
Adopting semi-continuously supercritical water oxidation to handle HMX explosive wastewater, oxidation of HMX in supercritical water was studied at 450-590 ℃, 23MPa and 300% excess oxygen in a reactor. The experimental results showed that increasing the temperature and resident time could increase the HMX removal efficiency and COD removal efficiency. But only when the temperature is higher than 590 ℃ with other conditions unchanged, can the HMX removal efficiency and COD removal efficiency be achieved greater than 99 %. In the range of 450- 590 ℃ and 0-20s, the HMX removal efficiency and COD removal efficiency are strongly dependent for temperature and time. Under the condition of 450-590 ℃, 23MPa and 300% excess oxygen, the reaction order respect to HMX is 2. 24, the activation energy of the reaction is 5. 727 × 10^4J/mol, and the Arrhenius pre-exponential factor is 2. 348×10^5.
