摘要从HPA轴异常、卵巢异常、肾上腺异常、代谢异常等方面讨论了多囊卵巢综合征的发病机制和研究进展;同时介绍了针、灸疗法,针灸并中药疗法,埋线疗法,穴位注射疗法,针挑疗法等不同针灸方法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究概况。对其研究中的问题、方法与思路作了述评。 Objective:To observe and evaluate objective therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding during menstrual cycle on postpartum obesity.Methods:Thirty-six cases of postpartum obesity were treated with body acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding during menstrual cycle,and changes of weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),hip circumference(HC),and WHR were investigated.Results:The clinical total effective rate was 88.89%,and body weight,BMI,WC,HC and WHR decreased(P<0.01).Conclution:acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding during menstrual cycle has a better therapeutic effect on postpartum obesity.
