摘要
区域科技创新体系的构建是一项系统工程,也是一项立足当前、放眼长远的战略性工程,必须科学规划,合理布局,协同推进。文章对此进行了阐述。
The building of regional scientific and technological innovation is a systematic project and a strategic project based on the present and looking into the future, which needs scientific planning, rational distribution and coordinative progressing.
