摘要
工学结合人才培养途径是职业教育改革的重要课题,它有利于提高学生的职业素养。针对高职卫生技术人才职业素养的内涵特征,积极探索工学结合“3+1+2”模式,研究对策,解决工学结合培育人才职业素养在实践操作中遇到的困难和问题。
The education model of combination working with learning is an important problem of reform in the vocational education. It is in favor of improving the students' professional quality. Aimed at the connotation of medical technician, we research into the"3 + 1 + 2" combination working with learning model. It is to seek for the methods to solve the operational difficulty in professional quality improvement.
