摘要 目的:建立用次灵敏线石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定饮用水中铝,对测定条件各项指标进行优化,增大直接测定饮用水中铝的检测范围。方法:通过比较选择,以重铬酸钾为基体改进剂,在适宜的干燥、灰化、原子化温度下,直接进样测定。结果:饮用水铝浓度为0~500μg/L,标准曲线回归方式采用新合理拟合方式,相关系数r=1.000。检出限为4.2μg/L,加标回收率为96%~104%,相对标准偏差为4.7%-8.4%。结论:方法简便,灵敏度较高,检测浓度范围广,适宜测定生活饮用水中铝。 Objective:To establish a method to determine Al in drinking water and source water at 257.4 nm by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, Selected and optimizated the analytical conditions. Enlarge the analytical scope of the method. Methods: KzCr2O4 was used as mixed matrix modifier. It was directly determined in suitable dry, ash, atomic temperature. Results:The detection range of the method was 0 -500 μg/L. The standard curve return way was new reasonable (r =1. 000). The detection limit was 4. 2 μg/L, the relative standard deviation were 4. 7% -8.4%, and the recovery rate were 96% - 104%. Conclusion:The method was rapid, simply, accurate and highly sensitive. It's a suitable method for determination of Al in water.
