摘要
黑龙江省农业资源丰富,是我国农产品出口大省,在农产品出口方面,黑龙江省存在着出口产品结构不合理、出口市场狭窄等问题。要解决这些问题,可以在我国农产品对外贸易可持续发展战略的指导下,加强政府宏观调控,实施绿色农产品贸易策略;发挥比较优势和竞争优势,按照国际化思路调整农产品结构;采取灵活的贸易方式,促进市场多元化发展;依靠农业技术进步,创建农业的竞争优势;以龙头企业为依托,树立品牌竞争意识。
Heilongjiang province is rich in agricultural resources. It is one of the major produce export - oriented provinces in our country. As for the export of produce, the province has the problems of unbalanced structure of exported produce, limited export market and so on. In order to solve the problems, the government should strengthen the macro - economic regulation and control and export healthy agricultural products. Besides, the government should promote the development of the market. On the other hand, the agricultural enterprises should exploit the absolute and their competitive advantages and adjust the structure of agriculture products according to the demand of the international market. The enterprises should also follow the leaders and set up the brand identification.
