摘要
目的了解家庭缺失儿童行为问题及其影响因素。方法用Rutter儿童行为教师问卷和家庭功能评定量表(FAD)对舟山市某实验学校家庭缺失学生进行调查。结果238名学生中行为问题检出率为14·3%,其中男生行为问题检出率为22·4%,女生行为问题检出率为5·3%,男女生行为问题检出率间差别有统计学意义(P<0·01);男女生A行为检出率间差别亦有统计学意义(P<0·01)。男女生行为总分及A行为分间差别均有统计学意义(P<0·01)。小学生和初中生行为总分间差别有统计学意义(P<0·01)。A行为分与FAD的总功能因子分呈正相关(P<0·05),N行为分与FAD的问题解决及总的功能因子分呈正相关(P<0·01)。年龄和性别与行为总分呈负相关(P<0·05)。结论家庭功能与儿童的行为问题有着密切的关系,家庭缺失儿童的行为问题应引起全社会的重视。
Objective To study behavior problems of schoolchildren suffering from family defect and the influencing factors. Methods Rutter CBQT and family assessment device （FAD） were taken to investigate the Schoolchildren suffering from family defect in an experimental school of Zhoushan city, Results In all 238 students the prevalence rate of behavior problems was 14. 3%, of which the prevalence rate of behavior problems in schoolboys was 22. 4%, which was significantly higher than 5. 3% in schoolgirls （P〈0.01）. Antisocial behavior was found more in schoolboys than in schoolgirls （P〈0.01）. There was a significant difference in total score of behavior between boys and girls （P〈0.01 ）, and there was also a significant difference in total score of behavior between the primary school students and the junior higher school students （P〈0.01）. Antisocial behavior was positively correlated with general functioning factor in FAD （P〈0.05）, neurotic behavior positively correlated with problem solving and general functioning factor in FAD （P〈0.01）. And the age and sex were negatively correlated with the total score of behavior （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The family function is closely related with the behavior problems of children. The behavior problems of schoolchildren suffering from family defect should be paid more attention to in the whole society.
