摘要
第四届亚太医学教育会议于2007年2月9-12日在新加坡国立大学召开。其中心议题为“以成果为导向的教育”。我们将针对本届会议中一些重要的议题，包括学习心理学，模拟学习，临床能力，毕业后训练教育改革，有效的成果评估，如何教导及评估医学伦理的学习，医学教育目标的转变以及未来面对的挑战等作一综览性的叙述。
The 4th Asian-Pacific Medical Education Conference （APMEC） was held at the National University of Singapore from February 9 to 12, 2007. The central theme of issues discussed at this conference is ＂outcome-oriented education＂. Herein we summarize the main issues in this conference, including learning psychology, simulative learning, clinical competence, postgraduate training reform, effective outcome assessment, teaching medical ethics and assessing its learning, paradigm shift of the objectives of medical education as well as future challenges.
